• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 16 years of age

4. Free and Paid Services

Sahaara offers both free and paid tiers. Free users receive a limited number of resume generations. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited access and additional features. Subscription terms and pricing are displayed at the time of purchase.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your professional information and generated resumes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or resumes
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We recommend reviewing your resume for accuracy and appropriateness.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sahaara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any employment outcomes resulting from use of our Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
